I bought these speakers to replace my stock speakers for my 2013 Mustang. These speakers have a more low end bass thump than the stock speakers I replaced, but mid to high range is where they really SHINE! Mid to high range is very clear and I can hear sounds in songs that I never heard before. I originally heard them at Best Buy next to some Pioneers and Polks and these sounded SO much better, especially for the price. I get complements on them all the time. I only have the stock 25 watt amp powering them and they sound fantastic, so don't worry about not having a large enough power supply to power them. Going to buy two more for the rear ASAP! P.S. If you have a 2011+ Mustang buy the Metra 72-5600 adapter so you can simply plug and play with no splicing!

Installed these in the front doors of a '95 Mustang, with a lower-end JVC head unit. Installation was a breeze, the speakers fit perfectly. They easily cleared the power window and fit the grills that are molded into the door panel. They are a major improvement over the stock speakers, with crisp mids and vibrant highs. The low-end of the bass spectrum is a little weak, but that's not what I bought these for. The mid-bass is great, and quickly let me know that the plastic control insert for the power windows and locks was a bit loose. Overall, these are great speakers. I'm not sure about longevity, but they appear to be made well. If the stock speakers lasted this long, these will probably outlast the car.

I put four of these speakers in a 2003 f150 extended cab. I couldn't ask for more from these speakers. If you are looking to upgrade those crappy factory paper speakers with out breaking the bank these should be a consideration. They produce clear highs and a lot more bass than I would have expected from speakers of this size. A great buy.
